Andes Ng

Currently served as a percussionist of the Hong Kong Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Hong Kong Chamber Wind Philharmonia, Andes Ng studies percussion with Miss Heidi Law and timpani with Mr Vicky Shin.

 

Ng was invited to join the 2018 Japan tour of the Hong Kong Youth Symphonic Band, and has also participated in orchestra or wind band tours at various cities including Sydney, Macau and Bangkok.

 

Having achieved distinction for both DipABRSM Percussion Recital and Trinity College London ATCL Piano Recital, Ng was awarded first runner-up of xylophone solo in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival. Ng was also the awardee of Eugene Wong Music Scholarship 2018-2019.
